Elkco Properties is a full-service real estate development, investment and asset management company founded in 1985 by Stephen F. Elken. In 2011, our company expanded its services to include third-party, fee-based property management.
Today, we manage more than 2,000 apartment units and approximately 1.5 million sq. ft. of retail and mixed use commercial real estate throughout Colorado, Wyoming, Michigan, Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri.
