Elkco Properties manages apartment communities, develops new residential communities, and redevelops older apartment complexes. We have years of experience with conventional financing, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and FHA/H.U.D financing programs with hands on experience of the application/qualification processes for each.
Our goal is to provide superior service to residents to minimize turnover, and maintain the properties appropriately to preserve or improve investment value for the owners.
We conduct on-going market research to determine leasing rates and management plans for each of our residential communities. If a property’s profitability falls below benchmarks, our real estate professionals can provide advice and assistance. Additionally, our team can assist in determining whether a property requires renovation or sale.
