Many of Elkco Properties’ shopping centers under management are anchored by national retailers, including Wal-Mart, Rent-a-Center, Burlington Coat Factory, 24-Hour Fitness, Hobby Lobby, Tractor Supply, and T-Mobile, just to name a few. We also have leases and manage properties with restaurant chains tenants like Starbucks, Chipotle, Noodles and others. These strong relationships, and the retail background we share with tenants, are at the heart of the value we provide to the investors we serve.
